AND SPICED
SOY
SAUCE

The secret of gently cracking egg shells
is
used when making
good tasting spiced
soy
sauce eggs
as
the sauce can then
go
well
into
the
eggs
themselves.This
also applies
to management
of
pros-
tatitis
-
infection
of
the prostate gland (situated between the blad-
der and
the
rectum
of
men). Prostatitis cases are often chronic
when presenting. Causation
is
either
infective or
due to pelvic con-
gestion caused by prolonged cycling, sitting, excessive sex, inter-
rupted sex, etc.; smoking and excessive drinking or very spicy
food
may
also
aggravate
it.
Symptoms are frequency,
urgency,
discomfort
or
feeling
hot
when
urinating,
whitish discharge, perineal
pain/discomfort,
blood in semen,
pain on ejaculation,
etc.
The
prostate's
tough
membrane
of
muscles and soft
tissues (just
like
the
egg
shell!) would
reduce
the
bio-availability
of
most adminis-
tered drugs meant
to
reach deep inside
the
prostate.
To
overcome
this, tubes have been put into
the
rectum and antibiotics delivered
more
directly
but
with
limited
success. Direct injection
into
the pros-
tate are found
to
be more effective but
at
risk
of
puncturing the
urinary passage
or
the
rectum.
Repeated injection also damages the prostate
itself. Recently,
infusion
of
medications
into
the
bladder under pressure
is
also
tried.
The
main risk is introduction of new infections from
the bladder
into
the
prostate.
Supplementary
ways
of warm water bath, prostate massage,
physiotherapy,
etc.,
can be
recommended more freely.
