THE
EIGHT WAYS ANGER
HARMS OUR
BODIES
As
in life,
countless incidents
anger
us,
we must
learn
to
con-
trol anger, otherwise
not
only the
problem
is not
solved
but also
our
bodies
are
harmed in
these

ways: (1)
predisposes
to
mole
formation
(2)
raises the pressure
inside
the
arteries of
the
brain:
take
a
deep breath and
raise
you
arms
to
help
balance
the
body
condition (3) reduces
the
blood
supply
to
the
stomach
and
intestines; slows
their
motion;
reduces
our
appetite;
may even
predispose
to
ulcer
formation:
massage the tummy daily (4)
re-
duces oxygen
supply to
the heart
muscles; irregular and fast heart
beat results: try to smile and
rec-
ollect pleasant memories
(5) in-
duces secretion
of
catechoamine
that
increases
the
blood sugar
and free fatty acid levels: drink

bodies;
as the thyroid
